Job Summary:

We are partnering with a well-established, multi-location organization in the Oklahoma City area to find a dynamic Director of IT. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves while also driving strategic vision for a growing IT organization. Directors at this company operate at a VP level of responsibility, making this a high-impact opportunity for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

Lead and develop an IT team of approximately 16 professionals including project managers and coordinators Develop and present a 12-18 month strategic IT roadmap and gain leadership buy in Oversee day-to-day IT operations across 18 locations supporting 850 employees Manage vendor partnerships and relationships in a lean IT environment Stay ahead of rapidly evolving technology trends and align IT strategy with business goals Collaborate closely with executive leadership on technology initiatives and organizational priorities

Education and Certifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred Relevant certifications a plus

Qualifications and Requirements:

10+ years of progressive IT experience with demonstrated leadership at a senior level Proven ability to operate as a hands-on leader while driving strategic planning Experience managing IT across multiple locations Strong vendor management and contract negotiation skills Excellent communication and executive stakeholder alignment skills Experience developing and executing multi-year IT roadmaps
