What You'll Do As the IT Help Desk Supervisor, you will: Lead, mentor, and support Help Desk Technicians Oversee daily Help Desk operations and service delivery Ensure timely resolution of support requests and achievement of service goals Serve as the escalation point for complex technical issues Support critical healthcare technologies, including Electronic Health Record (HER) systems, workstations, mobile devices, printers, phones, and other equipment Manage endpoint deployment, inventory, lifecycle planning, and technology asset tracking Coordinate IT purchasing and equipment distribution Develop and improve support workflows, documentation, and knowledge base resources Monitor performance metrics and user satisfaction Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to improve technology services Ensure compliance with Health Insurance Portability & Accountability Act (HIPAA), security policies, and healthcare technology standards Participate in technology projects, upgrades, and organizational initiatives What We're Looking For We're seeking a leader who combines technical expertise with exceptional customer service and a genuine desire to help others succeed.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field 3-5 years of IT Help Desk experience 1-2 years of supervisory or leadership experience Experience supporting healthcare technology environments Knowledge of EHR systems such as NextGen, Epic, or similar platforms Familiarity with Microsoft 365, endpoint management, remote support tools, and IT service management best practices Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills Certifications such as CompTIA or ITIL are a plus Join a Team That Makes a Difference Technology support in healthcare isn't just about solving technical issues—it's about ensuring providers can care for patients without interruption, helping our local communities access the care they need.
