Job Summary:

The number one goal of everyone on our team is to make our clients exceptionally happy. The Account Manager is critical of making that happen. In this role, you will be assigned a defined portfolio of clients. You will be responsible for managing their projects, overseeing contract renewals, and maintaining strong, ongoing relationships with key contacts. You will schedule and lead regular meetings, check-ins, and reviews to ensure they are getting maximum value from our services and that their needs are clearly understood and addressed.
