IT Account Manager Details:

Temp-to-Hire position $25.00 /hour Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm) Be the main point of contact for a group of business clients Build strong, long term relationships based on trust Lead regular checkins, meetings, and business reviews Coordinate client projects from start to finish Manage contract renewals and ongoing services Work closely with our technical team to solve problems and keep clients happy

IT Account Manager Qualifications:

+ years of experience in account management, customer success, IT, or project work Strong communication skills (you're comfortable leading meetings) Organized and able to juggle multiple clients and projects Comfortable using Microsoft Office and basic CRM tools Understanding of IT systems (networks, computers, or tech services) Team player who can also work independently

Preferred:
