Job Description

Job Overview We are looking for a dependable and customer-focused IT Support Technician to join our growing team. This role is primarily focused on providing day-to-day help desk support for clients while also assisting with IT projects, system upgrades, and technology deployments. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys solving problems, helping users with technical issues, and working with Microsoft-based environments. You will support desktops, laptops, printers, user accounts, Microsoft 365 services, and general network connectivity while assisting senior staff with larger IT initiatives such as system migrations, hardware rollouts, and infrastructure improvements. This is a great opportunity for someone with help desk experience who wants to continue growing their IT knowledge in a hands-on environment. Responsibilities Provide friendly and professional technical support to end users both remotely and onsite Troubleshoot common hardware, software, email, printer, and connectivity issues Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint Assist with user account setup, password resets, and permissions management Install and configure computers, laptops, printers, and other office equipment Help maintain and support Windows-based systems and environments Assist with IT projects including system migrations, workstation deployments, and office setups Document issues, solutions, and updates through the ticketing system Work closely with team members to ensure client systems remain secure and operational Provide excellent customer service and communicate technical information in an easy-to-understand manner Qualifications Previous experience in a help desk, IT support, or technical support role preferred Basic understanding of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 environments Familiarity with computer hardware, printers, networking, and troubleshooting Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple support requests Willingness to learn new technologies and grow within the role Experience with Active Directory, networking, or ticketing systems is a plus Reliable transportation may be required for occasional onsite client visits Preferred Skills Experience supporting small business environments Knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration Familiarity with networking equipment, VPNs, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting Exposure to system migrations or IT project work Basic understanding of cybersecurity best practices What We Offer Opportunity for hands-on IT experience and career growth Supportive team environment Exposure to a variety of technologies and client environments Competitive pay based on experience
