This individual will be responsible for leading technical teams, driving technology initiatives, overseeing IT operations, and ensuring the stability, security, and scalability of critical business systems. This role requires a highly technical leader who can balance strategy with hands-on involvement. The ideal candidate will have experience leading multidisciplinary teams, managing enterprise infrastructure, supporting Microsoft technologies, and driving security-focused initiatives.

$70-$85/hourly Responsibilities Lead and develop a team of Engineers, Developers, and IT Managers while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Provide strategic direction for enterprise infrastructure, security, and technology operations. Drive infrastructure stabilization, security enhancement, and modernization initiatives across the organization. Oversee network security technologies including firewalls, VPNs, access controls, and related security tools. Serve as a key technology partner to executive leadership, helping align IT strategy with organizational goals. Manage IT budgets, technology roadmaps, vendor relationships, and resource planning. Ensure high availability, performance, scalability, and security of enterprise systems and services. Lead disaster recovery, business continuity, and cybersecurity initiatives. Oversee system architecture, infrastructure standards, operational processes, and service delivery. Support enterprise application environments and integrations, including familiarity with Epic and related technologies. Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies across the IT organization. Act as an escalation point for complex technical and operational issues. Requirements 10+ years of progressive IT experience with at least 5+ years in IT leadership or management roles. Proven experience leading enterprise infrastructure and technology operations teams. Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration and support . Deep understanding of enterprise infrastructure, including: Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Windows Server environments, Network technologies and Storage and virtualization platforms Strong background in information security, including: Firewalls, VPN technologies, Security monitoring tools and Security best practices and governance Experience managing budgets, technology roadmaps, and strategic IT initiatives. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage technical and executive stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with or supporting Epic environments. Experience leading large-scale infrastructure, security, or enterprise technology initiatives. Background overseeing teams comprised of Engineers, Developers, and technical leadership personnel.
