SAP S/4HANA
Reporting and Analytics Manager will be responsible for leading the migration of SAP reporting capability from the current BW system to Datasphere/SAP Analytics Cloud and Power BI. The manager will oversee a team that develops the strategy, design and delivery of enterprise reporting and analytics solutions across SAP S/4HANA and integrated platforms. Candidates should have experience with ECC to S/4HANA migration and a strong working knowledge of SAP data models. The role requires coordination with the data lake team to orchestrate data ingestion from SAP into AWS S3. This position reports to the SAP Modernization IT Director.Job Responsibilities Advanced Technical Guidance and Strategy Implementation:
Oversee multiple product support teams across different technological domains, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and highlevel support of critical infrastructure.Comprehensive System Oversight:
Manage complex, integrated hardware and software systems across the organization, ensuring robustness and scalability to meet future business needs.Strategic Demand Forecasting and System Enhancements:
Lead strategic forecasting and planning to anticipate system needs and infrastructure expansions based on long-term business forecasts.Advanced Troubleshooting and System Optimization:
Coordinate advanced troubleshooting efforts and optimize system functionalities to enhance performance and reduce downtimes.Comprehensive User and Access Management:
Oversee a wider scope of user administration tasks across multiple systems, ensuring secure and efficient access management.Enhanced Contract and Vendor Management:
Develop and manage comprehensive contracts and relationships with multiple vendors to ensure favorable terms and effective support for all IT operations.Financial Oversight and Strategic Budgeting:

Enhance communication strategies to engage with senior management, stakeholders, and external partners, facilitating strategic IT decisions and alignments.Visionary Strategic Alignment:
Drive the strategic IT vision across the organization, aligning technology initiatives with business goals and promoting innovative solutions to enhance customer and business value. Job Specific Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or Information Sciences preferred, or equivalent experience. 8-10 years of work experience in technology solution engineering. 12+ years of work experience in technology solution engineering without a degree. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies. Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior leadership and diverse teams. Demonstrated ability to work independently and multi-task effectively with strong analytical ability, problem solving skills, and attention to details. Desired Hands-on expertise with SAP Business Data Cloud and all related components: Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud, BW4/HANA. Deep understanding ofSAP S/4HANA
architecture and functionality including Embedded Analytics, CDS Views, ABAPSQL, SAP
Business Technology Platform and AI/ML concept. Experience with rationalizing legacy SAP BW reports as part of an ECC to S/4 migration. Relevant certifications (PMP, SAP-specific, AI/ML credentials) are a plus. Experience in project management or leadership role within large-scale SAP implementation or modernization projects. Experience working with Service Now application. Knowledge of business ecosystems, SaaS, Infrastructure as a Service (Iaas), Platform as a Service (Paas), SOA, APIs, open data, microservices, event-driven IT and predictive analysis. Exposure to Cybersecurity concepts and best practices. Some positions at PSEG require access to information covered by the Department of Energy's regulation 10 CFR 810 (Part 810).
