IT Manager / Frontend Web Lead Veriheal • Full-Time •
Remote/Hybrid Salary:
$65,000.00 - $85,000.00

Robust PTO, Health/Dental/Vision, 401k w/matching, Wellness Stipend, Learning & Development Stipend About the Role Veriheal is looking for a technically versatile IT Manager to own our internal infrastructure, developer operations, and frontend web presence. This is a hybrid role that blends traditional IT administration with hands-on development, project management, and cross-departmental collaboration. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable triaging a VPN issue, shipping a frontend fix, running a dev standup, and evaluating a new SaaS tool—sometimes all in the same day. Within this role you will report to the IT Director, but you will also manages the sprints of our developer contractor teams. Our front and back end teams are high functioning, with even higher business acumen. They simply need the leader to manage their sprints & proactively remove obstacles, while handling high priority front end work and technical administration. What You'll Do Engineering & Development Operations Run developer standups three times per week, keeping teams aligned and unblocked Own sprint planning end-to-end using ClickUp—organizing backlogs, defining sprint goals, and tracking delivery Serve as the primary liaison between engineering and other departments (Marketing, Operations, Product) for feature requests and bug resolution Triage and prioritize incoming requests, balancing quick wins against longer-term roadmap items Frontend Web Ownership Own the frontend web presence across all company digital assets, including primary websites, landing pages, and campaign microsites Perform hands-on frontend development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) across multiple properties as needed Coordinate QA, deployments, and ongoing maintenance of all web-facing assets Collaborate with design and marketing to implement and maintain consistent brand standards IT Infrastructure & Administration Help manage AWS infrastructure including EC2 instances, Route 53 DNS, and related services Administer Google Workspace for the organization—user lifecycle, permissions, and policies Manage SSO via Okta, including provisioning, deprovisioning, and app integrations Oversee company-wide VPN through GoodAccess—user management, access policies, and troubleshooting Maintain endpoint security posture using the Arctic Wolf dashboard—monitoring alerts and coordinating remediatio What We're Looking For Required 3+ years in an IT management or senior IT role with a broad technical scope Hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, Route 53, IAM fundamentals) Experience administering Google Workspace and Okta SSO Working knowledge of frontend web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) Demonstrated experience managing projects in ClickUp, Jira, or a similar tool Strong communication skills—you'll be the connective tissue between technical and non- technical teams Nice to Have Experience with endpoint security platforms (Arctic Wolf or similar MDR/EDR tools) Familiarity with VPN administration (GoodAccess, Tailscale, or similar) Background in the cannabis, healthtech, or highly regulated industries Experience with WordPress at a technical level (not just content editing) Exposure to SOC 2 compliance or similar security frameworks Familiarity with PHP and the CodeIgniter framework Why Veriheal?
