Cybertek Systems is a managed IT services provider serving municipalities, credit unions, and small businesses across the region. We're looking for an experienced IT Operations Manager to lead our technical team, drive service delivery excellence, and help us scale our operations. This is a full-time, salaried position reporting to the Integrator (COO). Your primary office will be your home office, with regular travel to our headquarters in Winner, SD and customer locations as needed. What You'll Do Leadership & Team Development Lead weekly team meetings and conduct regular 1-on-1s with direct reports Coach, train, and develop technicians; manage performance and accountability Own IT Operations department scorecard metrics Service Delivery Manage day-to-day IT, Microsoft 365, VoIP, and website service delivery Monitor ticket resolution and enforce SLAs Ensure monitoring, security, and compliance standards are met across all clients Client Relationship Management Lead Technical Business Reviews (TBRs) with clients Develop and maintain client technology roadmaps Monitor client satisfaction and retention Operations & Strategy Manage vendor relationships (Microsoft, Pax8, Syncro, Hudu, D&H, and others) Oversee asset and inventory management Drive automation, process improvement, and new service development Manage budget and identify cost optimization opportunities What We're Looking For Proven experience managing IT operations or a technical team in a managed services environment Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, network infrastructure, and helpdesk operations Experience with SLA management and client-facing roles Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Ability to travel to Winner, SD regularly and to customer sites as needed Authorized to work in the

$80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
