Job Purpose We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Manager to lead our development and integration teams in the Design, Delivery, and Support of Consumer solutions In this role, the incumbent's goal will be to provide seamless, sustainable, and innovative solutions that exceed expectations and drive trust and satisfaction with the Honda and Acura brands. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT / Software Development including Agile Project and Program Management in a complex environment, with hands-on experience in managing multiple IT teams and projects simultaneously As the Team Lead of B2C and MarTech, you will work with the Unit Lead to help manage Honda's roadmap, work with our business and marketing partners, and ensure the successful implementation of technology solutions to enhance our understanding of our customers' needs. You will also lead improvement initiatives in Honda's customer touchpoints and experiences They will lead and oversee teams responsible for designing, delivering, and live operating solutions across various platforms. Collaborate closely with cross-teams to ensure alignment to achieve common goals and successful project execution. Provide strategic direction and guidance to team leads and project managers, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Act as the delivery leader between business stakeholders and technical teams, owning all aspects and outcomes of the technical solutions. Key Accountabilities Responsibilities include roadmap, services reliability/efficiency, and management of the backend services used in Consumer Apps. Responsible for all projects and enhancements (budget, timeline, staffing, QA, delivery, etc) Build and maintain strong collaborative relationship with business users and digital partners. Coach and provide oversight as needed to support attainment of quality and performance metrics. Identify, analyze, and prioritize new features and issues. Create a positive and focused team environment by promoting empowerment and good judgment, and communicating with transparency Qualifications, Experience, and Skills Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, or equivalent relevant working experience. At least 8 or more years of experience supporting ecommerce and customer facing websites. At least 8 or more years experience managing and delivering IT projects and products. 2 or more years experience managing team(s) of 5+ resources Must have prior experience in managing 24X7 IT operations of mission critical enterprise applications. Project management skills including the ability to plan and prioritize, and set and manage expectations Good understanding and experience with Agile methodology Excellent analytical skills and the ability to leverage data and insights to inform decision making Strong communication skills to articulate the roadmap, business priorities and the rationale behind decisions to all levels of the organization High attention to detail including proven ability to document requirements and to manage multiple, competing for priorities simultaneously Willingness to do whatever it takes to help the team to achieve its goals Own and manage all aspects of website development including conception, development, testing, launch and post launch management Research, review, recommend and implement new technology solutions to optimize back-end performance. Good understanding of software development, software engineering, and CI/CD pipeline. Understanding of disaster recovery and high availability systems.

Salesforce experience Working Conditions At least 4 days per workweek at the local Honda coporate office at Torrance, CA. One remote workday a week may be possible with prior departmental approval.
