Job Description

Employer Vantage Data Centers Management Company, LLC Position Title Senior Manager, IT Digital Products, Global Job Code SN2026 Position Duties Run the Insights and Shared Services teams within the IT Digital Products, Global Team. Handle direct contributors and ensure the team is delivering to product scopes within the communicated timeline and budgets. Participate with team members in the Software Development Lifecycle. Be a true mentor to your team, encouraging and developing them for the next chapter, while also giving performance evaluations and communicative feedback for good and bad results. Collaborate with leadership team and partners to prepare a comprehensive technology plan that aligns with business objectives and budgetary considerations. Work with business leaders and subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify core business requirements, establish end-to-end business process workflows, and suggest modifications to improve accuracy and consistency of data and reports while enhancing customer service. Help the team build support compliance and security requirements as they are being evaluated, designed, developed, and deployed. Serve as the Authority (SME) on systems and processes for the functional area. Review end‑user training documentation and assist in training if needed. Minimum Education and Experience Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering or a related field and five (5) years of experience as an IT Developer. Special Requirements Design, coding, testing, debugging, configuring, analysis, code review, and documentation of operating systems and software. Software integration using Microsoft Development Stack, integration databases, and Power Platform. Azure products and Machine Learning, Azure Networking, Azure IoT and performance optimization. Information Technology/Operational Technology best practices, SCADA Ignition System, data management for telemetry data. Remediation of security findings in legacy solutions; moving legacy financial transaction platform to a modern platform; building DevOps pipelines in Azure DevOps (Octopus); and running HP fortify scans against binaries. Additional Information May work remotely within commuting distance (20 miles) to the office.
