We are seeking a strategic, execution-focused VP of Technology and Solutions to help develop and lead Naviant's technical future, driving the transition from traditional content management to a modern, AI-first agentic automation firm. This high-impact role balances visionary leadership with the operational discipline required to scale a world-class professional services organization while delivering measurable customer outcomes. As the senior-most technical leader, you will help define, advance, and govern the strategy behind our digital and agentic transformation offerings, oversee and develop all architects and developers, and ensure consistent, scalable, high-quality solution delivery across all platforms. You will establish a rigorous, standardized approach to solution design, development, and delivery, provide technical oversight in presales to ensure successful customer outcomes, and drive organizational alignment, quality, and measurable impact while leading the growth and success of the entire technical team. Getting Grounded Develop a comprehensive understanding of Naviant's current technology landscape, delivery model, and solution portfolio. Build strong relationships with executive leadership, sales, delivery, and technical teams. Assess current SDLC practices, tooling, and governance to identify gaps and opportunities. Review active implementations and presales opportunities to understand current state and risk areas. Establish credibility as the senior technical leader across delivery and presales. Within 60

Taking Ownership Define and begin socializing a forward-looking technology strategy aligned to Naviant's AI-first, agentic automation vision. Outline a standardized approach to solution architecture, development, and delivery. Prioritize and initiate improvements to SDLC, governance, and delivery consistency. Introduce initial DevSecOps and CI/CD opportunities where applicable. Implement early "configuration as code" practices for legacy and platform-based solutions. Strengthen presales technical rigor by participating in discovery, solutioning, estimation, and deal validation. Evaluate and begin aligning team structure, capacity, and skill sets to future-state needs. At 90

Driving Impact Execute and scale the standardized technology strategy across AI, automation, ECM, IDP, and analytics solutions. Establish and enforce a modern, governed SDLC with consistent practices across delivery teams. Drive structured R D and innovation initiatives aligned to business priorities. Operationalize resource capacity planning and alignment across technical teams. Address delivery risks, escalations, and quality inconsistencies with clear accountability. Take full ownership of technical strategy, presales alignment, and solution delivery outcomes. Deliver measurable improvements in delivery quality, efficiency, and customer value. Competencies - Key Skills & Experience We're Looking For Technology Strategy & Innovation Demonstrated ability to define, govern, and scale technology strategy across agentic AI, automation/RPA, analytics, ECM, and IDP. Brings experience evaluating platforms and architecture using a standardized, evidence-based approach. Drives innovation through structured R D aligned to commercial priorities while monitoring industry trends to guide evolution and position organizations as leaders in next-generation automation. Engineering Excellence & Delivery Systems Deep experience establishing and enforcing a modern, standardized SDLC across custom and platform-based solutions. Strong track record implementing "configuration as code," including version control and standardized approaches for legacy and low-code platforms. Applies DevSecOps and CI/CD practices to automate environment promotion, improve efficiency, reduce risk, and enable reliable, scalable delivery. Delivery Execution & Commercial Alignment Track record of owning end-to-end delivery outcomes, including oversight of complex implementations, high-impact customer initiatives, escalations, and risk mitigation. Consistently delivers solutions on time, on budget, and with measurable customer value. Brings hands-on presales experience across discovery, solutioning, estimation, and deal review to ensure technical fit and alignment prior to commitment. Platform Architecture & Delivery Scale Extensive experience leading architecture, development, and analytics in consultative, services-led environments with deep expertise in cloud-based and automation solutions. Able to standardize solution design and delivery to enable scalable, consistent, high-quality outcomes across platforms and client environments. Demonstrated success executing technology strategy in scaling organizations.
