Job Description

Minimum of 4 years of experience in Information Technology (IT) and Information Systems (IS). Preferred certifications include MCSE, Microsoft Azure Administrator, CISSP, CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or comparable credentials. Working knowledge of Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and Platform as a Service (PaaS) environments, including Azure and AWS. Plan, manage, and deliver IT projects while ensuring adherence to timelines and budget requirements. Collaborate with various departments to assess technology needs and provide effective IT solutions. Develop, implement, and maintain IT security policies and procedures to safeguard organizational data and systems. Oversee database administration activities, including SQL Server configuration, performance tuning, and backup management. Administer and secure both On-Premises and Azure Active Directory environments, including user access controls. Design, implement, and maintain secure networking infrastructure and remote connectivity solutions such as VPNs. Possess familiarity with NIST 800-171 and CMMC compliance standards. Coordinate, support, maintain, and upgrade all computer hardware and software systems across the organization. Install, evaluate, troubleshoot, and validate new software applications and system updates. Maintain accurate inventory records for all company-owned computers, network devices, and peripheral equipment. Diagnose and resolve issues affecting end-user devices, servers, and related technology infrastructure. Provide technical support and resolve user concerns involving hardware, software, cabling, networking, and telephone systems. Maintain network operating systems, perform regular system backups, and carry out other operational support activities as required. Contribute to Disaster Recovery planning initiatives and evaluate emerging technologies for future implementation. Ensure the ongoing security and integrity of network infrastructure and computer systems. Support special projects and assignments as directed by executive leadership, including the President, Chief Financial Officer, or Controller. Manage relationships with technology vendors and negotiate agreements for IT products and services. Demonstrate the ability to work independently and effectively with minimal supervision. Identify, document, and communicate system issues or discrepancies to management, seeking assistance when necessary. Follow instructions accurately and complete assigned responsibilities within established budget and time constraints. Exhibit a proactive attitude toward learning new technologies, tools, and methodologies. Maintain reliability in meeting scheduled work commitments. Ensure a clean, organized, and professional work environment. Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
