Infrastructure & Systems Administration Oversee administration of: Windows and Linux (Debian, Red Hat) server environments Docker Active Directory + Microsoft Entra/365 and identity management Virtualization platforms (ESXi + vSAN, Proxmox) Network infrastructure, SD-WAN, VLANs, wireless networks, ZTNA, routing/switching and firewalls (FortiGate, Aruba/HPE Networking) Backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity systems (Veeam) Ensure high availability and performance of banking/operational systems (Jack Henry Silverlake, Loan Vantage, Encompass, and DecisionLender4). IT Leadership & Strategy Lead and manage day-to-day IT operations across infrastructure, networking, systems administration, telecommunications, and end-user support. Develop and execute technology roadmaps aligned with business goals and regulatory requirements. Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to increase operational efficiency, security, and resiliency. Participate in steering committee meetings to communicate IT initiatives, risks, and project status. Supervise IT personnel and managed service providers. Mentor staff and promote professional development. Establish operational priorities, service expectations, and accountability measures. Foster a collaborative, service-oriented IT culture. Vendor & Project Management Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers. Oversee procurement, implementation, and lifecycle management of IT systems and services. Lead complex infrastructure and application projects from planning through implementation. Coordinate project timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication. Regulatory Compliance & Audit Support Support internal and external audits, examinations, and regulatory reviews. Maintain IT policies, standards, procedures, and documentation. Ensure technology operations adhere to regulatory, compliance, and governance requirements. Coordinate evidence collection and remediation tracking for audit findings. End User & Operational Support Ensure timely resolution of technology issues affecting business operations. Oversee helpdesk functions and user support processes. Support branch operations, remote offices, and enterprise communications systems.
