Ensure the stability, security, and performance of all IT systems and applications in cooperation with IT Vendor. Uphold and enforce HIPAA compliance, data protection policies, and IT governance standards. Manage relationships with third-party vendors and negotiate contracts for services and tools. Provide mentoring, performance feedback, and career development support to IT staff. Deliver regular reports to executive leadership on IT initiatives, performance metrics, and budget. Lead and support multiple concurrent projects, ensuring deadlines are met and client satisfaction is achieved—especially on high-profile or custom initiatives.
