This is a newly created role due to Growth & they need someone who will be Highly Hands-On with Field Sales Team across Austin & San Antonio, TX. The Opportunity This is not a Sit-Back Management Role. We Want a
Leader Who Will:
  • Be in the Field w/ Reps (Austin & San Antonio, TX).
  •  Drive Activity, Pipeline & New Business.
  •  Coach in Real-Time and Help Close Deals!
  • Lead from the Front & Set the Tone for a High-Performance Culture! You'll be Stepping into a Territory that has a Strong Upside, Especially in San Antonio where Coverage has been Light. Team Structure
  •  5 direct reports
  •  2 in Austin
  •  2 in San Antonio
  •  1 open headcount (San Antonio) Territory is run as One Combined (Austin + San Antonio) Market!
What They're Looking For:
  •  5+ years of Outside Sales Management Experience.
  • Proven success managing Field Sales Teams.
  • Background in IT Services / Managed Services / Cybersecurity preferred!
  • Strong skills in Activity Management, Pipeline Building & Coaching.
  • Someone who Rolls Up Their Sleeves & Gets "in the weeds" w/ their Reps!
Compensation:
  •  
Base:
$130K
  • $150K
  •  
OTE:
$200K
  • $225K+ (No Cap) + Great Benefits + Upward Mobility + Fun Culture + Full Expenses Why This Role is
