Job Description

TITLE •Technical Manager (Must Skills IAM, Cloud, MS 365, Infra, Security, SSO, Atlassian)
LOCATION
•Austin, TX (Onsite)
DURATION
•6+ Months (May get extend)
MODE OF INTERVIEW
•onsite RATE•$85 per hour on W2 (Without benefits)
Responsibilities:
Lead enterprise IT services: networking, IAM, service desk, end-user computing, and SaaS platforms (Microsoft 365, Atlassian) Drive IT modernization by identifying gaps and executing improvement roadmaps Ensure operational excellence through SLA/KPI management, incident handling, and service optimization Build and lead high-performing IT teams; drive accountability and continuous improvement Partner with engineering and business stakeholders to align IT with organizational goals
Requirements:
12+ years in IT with strong leadership in corporate IT operations Experience in enterprise service delivery & ITSM (SLA, incident, escalation) Hands-on exposure to IAM (SSO, MFA), networking, EUC, SaaS/cloud Strong experience with Microsoft 365 & Atlassian Proven track record in IT transformation / modernization Strong stakeholder management and team leadership skills
Preferred:
