Job Description:
Summary The Senior Business System Analysts are responsible for facilitating the necessary troubleshooting on assigned applications as well as supporting local hardware and network troubleshooting and/ or deployment as reported by either the Technology Account Leads or Operations Team. Assists in the escalation path for the Operations Team regarding resolution of an incident. Essential Functions Support Business System Analysis resources with testing of solution changes across multiple accounts. Provide support for overflow of testing requests. Document issues that are re-occurring in nature to ensure root cause is identified and permanent fix is implemented. Manage improvements/changes for accounts by creating and tracking Customer Enhancements (CE), Service Requests (SR), and Continuous Customer Improvement (CCI). Outline requirements and scope of work, track requests to ensure these remain within budget and schedule, assess changes and determine the impact to scope and timeline. Assist with the management of Service Now incident tickets; opening incident tickets for reported issues, escalating incidents that require resolution by the extended IT teams, and ensure tickets are closed timely. Manage IT support budgets for assigned accounts by proactively identifying reductions and communicating budget tracking to business partners. Additional Responsibilities Provide the following type of support as required for the implementation of Customer Enhancements (CE), Service Requests (SR), or Continuous Customer Improvement (CCI): Testing Support (SIT and/ or UAT), end user training, and/ or assisting with the documentation of Standard Work for the IT portion. Attend meetings with internal and/ or external customers as need to provide the necessary support to the Technology Account Leads and Operations where applicable. Performs other duties as assigned. Skills and Abilities Possesses a high degree of initiative, be a self-started, and have the ability to work with little supervision Excellent communication (verbal and written), organizational, and presentation skills Ability to troubleshoot and correct systems related to software or hardware problems and achieve effective results by assigning tasks to others Ability to manage multiple assignments and tasks, set priorities, and adapt to changing conditions and work assignments Working knowledge of software or hardware utilized in Supply Chain industry Warehouse Management System (WMS) or Transportation Management System (TMS) experience is helpful Ability to trouble shoot and correct systems related hardware/software problems Experience with Manhattan SCALE WMS or Blue Yonder/ JDA TMSintermediate required Ability to troubleshoot basic WMS configuration such as Allocation, Putaway, and Replenishment rulesintermediate preferred SQL knowledge to write and execute a query as well as export and validate the returned results for accuracybeginner preferred Report development and ZPL label generationbeginner preferred Qualifications H.S. diploma/GED required Associate's degree preferred Information Technology or Supply Chain Bachelor's degree preferred Information Technology or Supply Chain Three (3) years or more Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse, or Transportation industry experience required Two (2) years or more Warehouse Management System (WMS) or Transportation Management System (TMS) knowledge, support, and/ or deployment required One (1) year or more Hardware and/ or network knowledge and/or support required Two (2) years or more System integration design and/ or troubleshooting preferred Experience with Manhattan SCALE WMS or Blue Yonder/ JDA TMS. intermediate required Ability to troubleshoot basic WMS configuration such as Allocation, Putaway, and Replenishment rules. intermediate preferred SQL knowledge to write and execute a query as well as export and validate the returned results for accuracy. beginner preferred Report development and ZPL label generation. beginner preferred Travel 10-20%

Compensation Information:
The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data/ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc. The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the level and/or type. Compensation ranges for the position are below:
