Job Summary:
Ohmstede Industrial Services is looking for a highly motivated, creative IT Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the OIS corporate IT team across the southern gulf region. You will be well versed in the implementation, roll out, configuration and management of IT systems within the OIS business. You will also be required to identify outdated and/or redundant systems and work with leadership to improve internal processes.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Maintain high levels of performance, reliability, and scalability of applications, infrastructure, networks, and hardware. Implementation of new programs and software. Proactively work to improve and enhance efficiencies or programs and process across the OIS IT platform. Ensure IT systems and procedures adhere to applicable laws and regulations Supervise high performing IT team and act as liaison between IT department and other business units. Ensure an effective information security program. Develop guidelines, processes, and best practices for information security, system implementations, etc. Responsible for training staff on said processes. Ensure technology projects have strong project management structure, development methods, and lifecycle management. Ensure projects are completed within timeline and budget constraints. Help IT department choose the best vendors, applications, and programs. Be adaptive and agile to an ever changing business and business needs. Network Infrastructures & Security. Hardware & Software implementations. Programming knowledge highly recommended; SQL, HTML, Java, C++, Python.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer information systems or related field 7+ years of professional IT experience 2+ years in an IT management role Experience with managing IT platforms including F&A, and operational software systems Experience with data management tools Experience with managing integrations among various technologies Proficient in O365 Suite Experience managing and working extensively with a CRM Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
