Lead the technical implementation and functions as a point of escalation for the resolution of technical matters. Identify technical risks and plan contingency/mitigation actions. Ensure verification of deliverables of per quality assurance plans and ensure the delivered solution meets technical specifications and design requirements. Monitor progress, address issues promptly, and take corrective actions. Establish and maintain SLAs, policies, and standards to gauge operational efficiency and implement strategies to address any gaps. Create architectural design documents for IT asset workflow processes, ensuring clarity and efficiency in asset management.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT
Masters Degree or its Foreign Equivalent in CS, Engg (any), Business Administration, MIS, or a closely related field + 12 months experience in any IT-related occupation.
OR IN THE ALTERNATIVE
Bachelor's degree or its foreign equivalent in CS, Engg (any), Business Administration, MIS, or a closely related field + 60 months experience in any IT-related occupation.
Travel Requirements:
Travel to unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. may be required for up to 1-3 days.
