Job Description
10+ years of experience in Program Management, Infrastructure Services, and Managed Services delivery within large enterprise environments. Lead end-to-end delivery and governance of Infrastructure Managed Services programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and service level agreements (SLAs). Manage multiple infrastructure workstreams including Data Center Operations, Cloud Services, Network Infrastructure, End-User Computing, Server Management, and IT Operations. Establish program governance frameworks, track KPIs, risks, dependencies, budgets, and delivery milestones across infrastructure initiatives. Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT leadership, vendors, and service providers to ensure successful program execution and operational excellence. Drive service delivery reviews, performance management, incident governance, problem management, and continuous service improvement initiatives. Manage infrastructure transformation programs including cloud migration, modernization, automation, and operational optimization projects. Oversee vendor management, contract governance, resource planning, and third-party service delivery performance. Lead risk management, compliance, audit readiness, business continuity, disaster recovery planning, and infrastructure resilience initiatives. Provide executive-level reporting, stakeholder communication, strategic planning, and leadership to ensure successful delivery of complex infrastructure programs.
