Job Description

Job DescriptionECS is seeking a Managed Services Manager - Journeyman to support the Army National Guard (ARNG) in delivering comprehensive enterprise IT infrastructure and cybersecurity services.
Please Note:
This position is contingent upon contract award.

The Army National Guard (ARNG) Enterprise Network Operations and Cybersecurity Support (ENOCS) program delivers comprehensive enterprise IT infrastructure, WAN, cybersecurity, and associated services to the ARNG and its mission partners. The program supports more than 120,000 users and 141,000 endpoints across approximately 2,800 sites spanning 54 states and territories, enabling Title 10 and Title 32 missions, domestic emergency response operations, mobilization readiness, and classified SIPRNet operations.

Task 4 — Enterprise Operations Support — provides 24/7/365 network monitoring, control, and management from the
RCC-ARNG
Network Operations Center (NOC) over classified and unclassified networks, delivering DoDIN services including data, voice, and video across the ARNG's distributed enterprise infrastructure.

ResponsibilitiesOversee managed services operations to ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).Coordinate effectively with vendors to maintain seamless service delivery.

Monitor and analyze service performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Support incident and problem management processes to minimize service disruptions.

Manage escalations following operational procedures to ensure timely resolution.

Maintain comprehensive service reporting for government stakeholders.

Align managed services activities with enterprise governance and configuration management standards.

Ensure adherence to Risk Management Framework (RMF) requirements and DoD cybersecurity standards.

Compliance:
DoD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF) Work Role 451-System Administrator at the Intermediate proficiency levelCertifications (one or more required): Cloud+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+,
SSCPEducation:
Bachelors in [Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Software Engineering]Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in managed services operations within DoD or Federal environments.

Proven track record of ensuring SLA compliance and service quality metrics tracking.

Experience in coordinating with vendors and supporting incident management.

Ability to manage service escalations and maintain stakeholder reporting.
