Position Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Digital Marketing & IT Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and oversee our technology systems. This role combines strategic marketing, lead generation, automation, analytics, and IT management. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who enjoys wearing multiple hats, solving problems, and finding opportunities to improve performance. You will be responsible for generating qualified leads, optimizing marketing campaigns, managing our digital presence, and ensuring our technology infrastructure supports company growth. ResponsibilitiesMarketing Develop and execute digital marketing strategies focused on lead generation and revenue growth Manage and optimize Google Ads, Local Services Ads (LSAs), and retargeting campaigns Oversee local SEO initiatives and Google Business Profile optimization Manage email marketing campaigns and grow a healthy customer database Create and coordinate content across social media platforms Analyze competitor marketing strategies and identify opportunities to gain market share Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and improve marketing ROI Manage website updates, landing pages, and conversion optimization efforts Oversee CRM management, customer segmentation, and marketing automation Implement AI and automation tools to improve efficiency and scalability IT & Systems Manage company software, hardware, and technology systems Support employees with technology-related issues and troubleshooting Oversee CRM integrations and business software implementation Coordinate with technology vendors and service providers Maintain data security and technology best practices Evaluate and implement new systems that improve operational efficiency Qualifications 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, lead generation, or marketing management Experience managing Google Ads and Local Services Ads campaigns Strong understanding of SEO, local SEO, and Google Business Profile optimization Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, ServiceTitan, Jobber, or similar systems Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics and marketing reporting tools Familiarity with marketing automation, email marketing, and audience segmentation Basic knowledge of website management, HTML/CSS, and technology systems Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills Ability to work independently and take ownership of results Our Core ValuesOwnership We take responsibility, solve problems, and follow through on commitments.
