Job Description

IT Leadership & Strategy Partner with IT leadership to oversee IT operations, strategy execution, and key initiatives Contribute to IT planning, prioritization, and decision-making Translate IT strategy into actionable plans and ensure consistent execution Align operational leadership with organizational and IT leadership goals Team Leadership & Performance Directly manage the IT Operations team, including goal setting, performance management, and development Establish and enforce IT standards, processes, and best practices Support workforce planning, skills development, and succession planning Serve as an escalation point for complex operational or personnel issues Infrastructure, Security & Systems Oversee server, storage, virtualization, network, firewall, and security environments Ensure systems are scalable, resilient, and aligned with business needs Manage data center operations, structured cabling, physical security systems, and access controls Oversee patching, vulnerability management, monitoring, and root cause analysis Support audits, risk assessments, and compliance initiatives Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity Ensure backup, replication, and recovery processes meet business requirements Lead response efforts during major outages or recovery events Operational Support & Stakeholder Collaboration Provide Level 3 escalation support and guidance to the Help Desk team Ensure consistent, high-quality IT service delivery Partner with business leaders to understand needs and align IT solutions Communicate risks, dependencies, and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences Act as a trusted IT advisor on cross-functional initiatives About Korn Ferry Korn Ferry unleashes potential in people, teams, and organizations.
