IT Value Delivery Manager Location:
Milwaukee, WI is the first preference, Mayfield Heights, OH or Houston, TX are secondary preferences Onsite / Hybrid /
Remote Schedule:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday onsite + Wednesday and Friday remote
Contract Length:
6 month with intention is to hire
Years of Experience Required:
7+ Role overview: This role operates within the Results Delivery Office, acting as a strategic partner to the CIO and executive leadership to ensure large-scale programs are aligned with governance, standards, and business objectives. The position focuses on overseeing enterprise initiatives such as ERP modernization, cloud transformations, and Salesforce implementations ensuring they stay on track and deliver value at the executive level. Rather than managing people directly, these individual influences cross-functional teams, providing oversight, coaching, and direction across program managers and stakeholders. The role also consolidates and communicates program health, risks, and progress into clear executive-level updates for leadership decision-making.
