Onsite Pay Rate :
$80/hr on C2C model Roles & Responsibilities Experience in Developing, configuring, Customizing and Integrating various Windchill modules (PDMLink, ProjectLink, MPMLink) using Java and Windchill APIs Gathering and analyzing business needs, translating them into technical designs and specifications. Developing code to integrate Windchill with other enterprise systems Knowledge in automation e.g. CI/CD Pipeline Creating technical detailed designs, documentation, Unit Test cases and knowledge transfer materials. Ensuring performance, quality, and adherence to standard. Generic Managerial Skills, If any Effective stakeholder communication, project planning and execution, ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines, problem-solving and decision-making, cross-functional collaboration, risk management, resource allocation, mentoring and coaching team members, conflict resolution, adaptability to changing business needs, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards and best practices.
