Job Description

What You Will Do:
You're a strategic thinker who thrives at the intersection of technology, business, and people. You enjoy translating organizational goals into clear, actionable plans and have the leadership presence to guide both your team and key stakeholders toward success. You're comfortable leading a small, collaborative team but also know how to operate within a larger enterprise IT environment. You bring curiosity, creativity, and accountability — always looking for smarter, more efficient ways to deliver impact through technology. You might be the perfect fit if you: Enjoy mentoring a small team and seeing your people succeed. Think beyond the immediate task to anticipate future needs and opportunities. Are comfortable balancing strategy with hands-on execution. Communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences. Value structure, clarity, and follow-through — but aren't afraid to innovate.
What You Will Need:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. 5+ years of IT or software development experience, with at least 2 years in leadership or project management. Proven ability to lead technology projects and coordinate across business functions. Strong understanding of software development, APIs, and system integrations. Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. Strategic mindset with the ability to balance short-term delivery and long-term vision.

We maintain a drug-free workplace and perform pre-employment substance abuse testing. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, religion, color, national origin, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, status as a protected veteran, among other things, or status as a qualified individual with disability.
