Job Description

The Director of Information Technology is responsible for acting as a liaison between the business and technology, facilitates technology initiatives, and provides technical support. Assist with the configuring and maintaining system administrator access. Assist staff with troubleshooting of technology-related problems. Open support cases on behalf of staff Create and update support materials, as needed. Work with team members to improve and streamline flow processes between departments. Build new programs on the SIS as needed. Work with outside consultants when they are contracted for special SIS projects. Assist with troubleshooting, monitor and ensure data flow between systems is successful. Other duties as assigned. The standard work week is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. Requirements Bachelor's degree or higher in an IT-related field is preferred. A combination of three years' work experience in a related field and some post-secondary education may be acceptable should the incumbent not hold a Bachelor's degree. Must have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office application software. Must provide timely follow up of action items. Background and credit checks are required.
Pay:
From $50,000.00 per year
