Information Technology Manager Position Summary The Information Technology Manager is responsible for supporting and coordinating all aspects of the Bank's information technology operations. This position works closely with the Bank's Managed Service Provider (MSP), third-party vendors, and the holding company's Chief Information Officer to ensure the security, reliability, and effectiveness of the Bank's technology environment. The Information Technology Manager is responsible for maintaining technology policies and procedures, supporting regulatory compliance, overseeing vendor management activities, and assisting employees with technology-related needs. This position plays a key role in information security, disaster recovery planning, and technology risk management. This position reports to the Bank's Technology Manager. The primary work location is the Main Office in Wardensville, West Virginia; however, travel to branch locations will be required. Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesTechnology Administration & Support Serve as the Bank's primary contact for administration and technical support of existing software products. Assist in the evaluation, selection, and implementation of new software and technology solutions. Oversee the daily performance and availability of computer systems in a proactive and preventative manner. Install, configure, and perform minor repairs to hardware, software, and peripheral equipment. Set up and deploy equipment for employee use, including operating systems, software, and network connectivity. Test and apply software releases, patches, and updates as necessary. Provide support to employees responsible for servicing and maintaining the Bank's ATM network. Managed Service Provider & Vendor Coordination Oversee the Bank's Managed Service Provider (MSP) relationship, including: Monitoring support tickets and incidents Tracking and escalating unresolved issues Coordinating onsite support activities Reviewing service performance Preparing quarterly MSP activity reports Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding activities within the Microsoft network environment. Manage Microsoft 365 solutions in collaboration with the MSP and other third-party vendors. Coordinate with the holding company's Chief Information Officer regarding shared systems, services, policies, and procedures. Information Security & Risk Management Ensure access to information systems is appropriately controlled and aligned with the Bank's risk management objectives. Support technology compliance initiatives, security assessments, and testing activities. Identify, monitor, and mitigate technology-related risks. Develop, maintain, and report on disaster recovery testing and business continuity activities. Maintain the Bank's Information Technology Plan and related technology policies and procedures. Serve as an active member of the Data Security Committee and IT/GLBA Committee. Vendor Management & Regulatory Compliance Maintain vendor risk profiles within the Bank's vendor management system. Prepare annual vendor management reports and supporting documentation. Assist with audits, examinations, and regulatory reviews related to information technology and information security. Ensure compliance with applicable banking regulations, security standards, and internal policies. Information Security Training Coordinate and oversee the Bank's information security awareness training program. Ensure employees receive required security training and understand their responsibilities regarding information security policies and procedures. Maintain training materials, educational content, and related reporting. Other Responsibilities Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills Working knowledge of server and workstation hardware, software, telecommunications systems, and related technologies. Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Windows server and workstation operating systems. Experience administering Microsoft 365 environments. Understanding of information security principles, disaster recovery planning, and technology risk management. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact effectively with employees, vendors, auditors, and regulators. Commitment to maintaining current knowledge of emerging technologies and industry best practices. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Preferred Experience Previous experience in information technology administration, network support, systems management, or information security. Experience working in a regulated financial institution or similar compliance-driven environment. Familiarity with vendor management, cybersecurity frameworks, and banking technology systems. Working Conditions Primarily office-based environment with occasional travel to branch locations. Occasional lifting and installation of computer equipment and peripherals. May require after-hours support for system maintenance, upgrades, testing, or emergency situations.
Pay:
$55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
