The Senior Manager will be responsible for:
Scoping:
Ensure detailed requirements are clearly defined prior to the start of the engagement.
Leadership:
Coordinate development efforts across teams, leading the technical direction and ensuring project milestones are met on time and within scope.
Resource Management:
Work with business partners in setting expectations on service delivery quality based upon inbound demand and current levels of capacity.
Mentorship & Training:
Ensure resources are trained in our technology and best practices.
Improve Efficiency:
Leverage opportunities to modernize the application domain when opportunity arises
Code Quality & Standards:
Ensure code reviews are conducted to improve quality standards, promote maintainability, and safeguard against defects that could impact integrated systems.
Change Management:
Ensure adherence to KNX Change Management policy and practices including version control
Financial Controls:
Participate in SOX compliance efforts as scheduled

JOB REQUIREMENTS QUALIFICATIONS
10+ years' experience with
AX / D365 F&O.
10+ years' experience within an enterprise financial systems environment. 5+ years' experience in integration strategies especially related to the D365 environment. Knowledge of Dev Ops environment for code management. Self-Motivated; willing to take on new opportunities and learn new technologies Demonstrated ability to mentor staff Versed in SDLC either Agile or Waterfall Experience in enterprise system implementation Transportation knowledge a plus but not required
