Job Summary:
The IT Project Manager leads our team of project managers to ensure the successful delivery of complex IT projects. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high quality work, and leading cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Utilize project management methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall, to ensure efficient and effective project delivery. Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including team members, clients, and management. Monitor project risks and take necessary steps to mitigate them. Manage project budgets and ensure financial accountability. Foster a positive team environment, promoting collaboration and teamwork. Develop and implement best practices and processes to ensure successful project delivery. Conduct regular performance reviews of team members and provide coaching and mentoring as necessary. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
What We Are Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field 5+ years of experience in project management in IT industry Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred. Strong technical background and understanding of IT systems, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure. Experience with project management methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team and lead them towards successful project completion. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
