Job Description:
Overview The Technical Project Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of DevOps and CloudOps related projects by applying project management best practices and procedures. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional team members to ensure requirements are gathered and clearly documented, tasks are scheduled and completed on time, and project milestones are executed according to planned timelines. Duties & Responsibilities Lead project planning, execution, and delivery for cloud infrastructure and software initiatives, ensuring alignment with company objectives and industry best practices Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and dependencies across multi-workstream initiatives Partner with technical leads and solution architects to translate business requirements into actionable technical roadmaps Facilitate communication and alignment between stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability Establish and maintain project governance, reporting, and documentation processes Anticipate and mitigate risks through proactive planning and stakeholder engagement Skills Required Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field AND 4+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on infrastructure or enterprise technology initiatives OR an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience Proven ability to manage full project lifecycles, from initiation through delivery, in complex environments Strong technical acumen and ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to work across different levels within the organization and interact, influence, manage and negotiate effectively. Demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple priorities at once Preferred Qualifications Experience delivering software or infrastructure projects in healthcare Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, and Confluence. Familiarity with Agile, hybrid, and traditional project management methodologies Demonstrated ability to adapt to evolving priorities Experience managing virtual teams based globally Min USD $110,000.00/Yr. Max USD $120,000.00/Yr.
