- 8-12 years of experience in Technical Project Management and related areas, with a strong background in software development / IT
- Technical expertise in at least one technology, preferably Java.
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets for client projects, working directly as a part of the client team
- Ensure alignment of project scope, goals, and deliverables with client requirements.
- Monitor and control project progress, addressing risks and issues proactively.
- Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
- Facilitate backlog grooming sessions to prioritize tasks and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Promote Agile best practices across teams to enhance collaboration and productivity.
- Collaborate with technical teams to understand and address technical challenges.
- Provide input on technical decisions and ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Leverage technical expertise to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation.
- Strong knowledge of project management tools and techniques (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, Trello).
- Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Ability to coach teams and stakeholders on Agile practices.
- Solid understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
- PMP, CSM, or equivalent certifications are a plus.
