This role will be responsible for program governance, cross functional coordination, risk and KPI management, user migration tracking, platform performance monitoring, and decommission planning for the legacy reporting tool. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, structured program delivery expertise, BI platform familiarity, and the ability to orchestrate multiple workstreams across global regions. Roles & Responsibilities Key Responsibilities 1. Program Governance & Oversight Develop and maintain a comprehensive program plan, detailing scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and success metrics. Create and manage a detailed documented list of risks, assumptions, issues, and success criteria for the overall user migration initiative. Establish program KPIs and track them consistently, including: o Migration completion percentages o User adoption rates o User activity and engagement metrics o Report readiness and testing metrics ________________________________________ 2. User Migration & Adoption Monitoring Oversee end to end tracking of all user migration activities across internal and external user segments. Analyze user adoption metrics, usage patterns, and activity logs to ensure successful onboarding to the new Power BI platform. Identify user segments at risk of low adoption and coordinate interventions with change management, training, and regional leads. Ensure user migration status is accurately maintained and reflected in program dashboards. ________________________________________ 3. Reporting Platform Performance & Integration Monitoring Track Power BI platform performance before and after migration, monitoring: o Load times o Data refresh behavior o Report stability o Integration behavior with upstream data systems Establish a dedicated feedback loop with technical teams to ensure rapid resolution of performance issues. Identify patterns in user feedback and drive continuous improvement actions. ________________________________________ 4. Stakeholder Communication & Engagement Deliver clear, consistent, and recurring communication covering: o Migration plans and timelines o Status updates and dependencies o Escalations, risks , and mitigation strategies o Expectations for regional teams and end-users Facilitate weekly or biweekly governance meetings with cross-functional leaders. Ensure transparency and alignment across technical, regional, and business teams. ________________________________________ 5. Legacy Tool Decommission Planning Lead the creation of a detailed decommissioning plan for the legacy reporting platform. Define and execute timelines for removing access to old reports once users are successfully migrated. Partner with regional leads, technical teams, and compliance groups to ensure decommissioning steps: o Follow organizational policies o Maintain data integrity o Minimize disruption to end users Document and communicate changes to all impacted users and stakeholders. ________________________________________ 6. Cross Functional Coordination Collaborate with teams across: o Engineering / Development o QA & Testing o Change Management o Training & Enablement o Regional VAP leads o Support & Operations Ensure smooth handoffs between migration phases and workstreams. Provide direction to project managers and workstream owners to ensure alignment to overall program objectives. Required Skills & Experience Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities Strong collaboration skills in research-driven environments Hands on with Bedrock AgentCore Memory, Gateway, and Runtime Strong experience with LLMs (fine-tuning, evaluation, prompt engineering) Proficiency in Python and modern AI/ML frameworks Proficiency in vector databases and embedding models for retrieval tasks Experience with Data Connectors and API gateways that support seamless communication between systems Experience with generative AI concepts such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), agentic workflows, training LLMs with structured and unstructured data sets Strong communicator with the ability to present ideas clearly and influence stakeholders - with a passion for enabling data-driven transformation Hands-on with agent frameworks such as Semantic Kernel, LangGraph, LangChain Agents or CrewAI Deep subject matter expertise in AI technologies, including but not limited to Copilot Studio, OpenAI, Semantic Kernels, Azure AI Foundry, Google Gemini, Microsoft 365, and M365 Copilot or Anthropic or AWS platforms
Base Salary Range :
$100,000 to $1600,000
