Description The General Counsel Technology Organization (GCO Tech) is looking for a highly motivated professional to join as a Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead compliance, regulatory and integration initiatives supporting this portfolio. This role will bridge interesting and diverse areas which support new and emerging products / disciplines and services that enrich the GCO Business community to enhance productivity across the global legal organization. Individuals applying for this position must be able to lead and own end-to-end technical, process management, tracking, follow up, issue / conflict management and closure of both technical and business issues by collaborating with key members / stakeholders of the GCO Tech Team and across the broader Technology and Business organizations.
Key Responsibilities include:
Manage the integration, testing and launch of Single Sign On (SSO) initiatives with approved third-party vendor products / services. Facilitate transition of partially integrated SSO products with the IAM Team for overall management. Track and obtain monthly data for partially integrated SSO implementations from key business stakeholders. Track and monitor compliance requirements / changes with the Central platform for GCO-owned entities. Monitor and manage ServiceNow tickets / incidents and action items for GCO Tech. Support and own certificate renewal processes for the GCO Tech environment for our systems and third-party products. Assist the Senior Engineer with compliance, regulatory and issues pertaining to environmental changes / requirements and vulnerability corrections. Monitor and manage the update of Central registry changes for the GCO Tech portfolio and updates to ensure compliance with our regulatory processes. Maintain dependency plans between planned sprints/iterations across engineering, infrastructure, and third parties. Organize and facilitate information to support stand-up, planning, and retrospectives during each sprint/iteration. Engage and communicate regularly with Program / Delivery Management, Product Owners, Business Stakeholders, and the broader delivery team to understand Business needs and identify appropriate solutions. Enable removal of impediments and support the broader team in technical issue resolution. Facilitate discussions to identify alternative approaches to solve problems, break down barriers and drive resolution of conflicts to ensure productivity of the team. Steer and deliver project communications at all levels within Technology and business to ensure transparency of development process and project performance, to coordinate escalation and issue resolution, facilitate decision making and build trust. Create an environment of continuous improvement through reflective conversation and regular retrospectives—surfacing issues/concerns and identify clear action steps. Required Skills /

Ability to influence without authority and gain alignment, and steer / deliver communications to all levels of leadership. Ability to drive continuous improvement in managed processes. Ability to recap / summarize data in the work portfolio for management review. Strong understanding of Agile, SAFe, or iterative development processes, including quality and testing best practices. Possess a high degree of technical savvy, with a keen ability to learn modern technology quickly and easily. Strong analytical skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to function autonomously. Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or other technical discipline, or equivalent work experience required; advanced degree preferred. 5+ years of technical delivery / project management experience with a demonstrated record of increasing responsibility Experience working with Agile, Scrum, or other rapid application development teams to deliver technology solutions on time, on budget, and to specification.
