Job Description
Deloitte is seeking an experienced Anaplan Senior Manager to support Finance Transformation initiatives and deliver complex, high-impact work in a client-service environment. This role requires strong execution, stakeholder management, and experience helping organizations improve planning and performance management processes through technology-enabled transformation. The successful candidate will lead workstreams, guide teams, and drive sales and quality outcomes for clients. Recruiting for this role ends on 9/14/26. Work you'll do As an Anaplan Senior Manager on the Finance Transformation team, you will be responsible for: + Leading Finance Transformation workstreams focused on planning, forecasting, and performance management solutions + Managing project activities, deliverables, timelines, and stakeholder expectations across engagements + Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement Anaplan and other enterprise performance management solutions + Reviewing deliverables for accuracy, quality, and alignment with client and business requirements + Coaching junior team members and providing guidance on execution, priorities, and work product + Leading sales pursuit cycles and developing client relationships + Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team + Effective written and verbal communication skills + Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product + Ability to build and sustain professional relationships + Ability to lead projects or workstreams + Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment + Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor + Ability to meet deadlines + Ability to mentor and provide clear guidance to others Deloitte's Finance Transformation offering helps finance and global business services leaders navigate an increasingly challenging environment marked by disruptive technologies such as AI, market uncertainty, and regulatory change, while recognizing opportunities to better serve the enterprise, shareholders, customers, and regulators.
