Serve as the primary liaison between IT and business stakeholders, driving clear communication, issue resolution, and alignment throughout the project lifecycle. Responsible for managing project scopes, schedules, budgets, and risks by driving and coordinating project activities across IT and business cross-functional teams. Apply industry standards and structured project management methodologies, best practices, and tools. Lead end‑to‑end delivery of IT projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives Develop and maintain project management artifacts such as project charters, schedules, budgets, status reports, risk/issue logs, and project sponsor and steering committee communications Coordinate cross‑functional teams including technical staff, business stakeholders, and external vendors to drive successful project delivery. Hold stakeholders accountable for key decisions, task ownership, issue resolution, and proactive risk mitigation Manage project scope, timelines, and resources, proactively addressing risks, dependencies, and constraints to keep projects on track. Minimize and prevent scope creep Drive effective communication, ensuring stakeholders at all organization levels have clear visibility into project health and status, budget vs. actuals, risks, issues, decisions, and changes Lead project meetings to coordinate and drive execution activities, sustain stakeholder engagement, resolve issues and risks, and reinforce accountability across the team Oversee vendor and external partner commitments, including contract alignment, accountability of deliverables, and integration with internal teams Employ structured project management methodologies, such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches, based on project needs Facilitate change management efforts, supporting adoption through training, documentation, communication, and stakeholder readiness Ensure compliance with IT governance, regulatory, cybersecurity, data privacy, software quality, GxP, and corporate policies throughout the project lifecycle Act as the liaison between PMO and cross-functional project teams to comply with project management methodology standards and best practices as well as to stay aligned on project status and health Contribute to the ongoing maturation of PMO capabilities by identifying improvement opportunities, standardizing project management processes, and promoting best practices that enhance delivery consistency, transparency, and organizational alignment Comply with applicable Laws and Regulations, adhere to Quality Management System processes and requirements as well as demonstrate Ethics and Integrity in all matters and at all levels throughout the organization Perform additional duties as assigned Job Details Job

$125,123.54-$156,404.43 (Financial compensation packages may be higher/lower than listed, & will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, internal equity, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand) Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field Minimum five (5) years of experience delivering IT projects within regulated industries, preferably medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or biotechnology Proven experience leading IT projects focused on software implementation, system integration, and end‑to‑end business process improvement Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook, and Teams Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or similar platforms Desired Qualifications Project Management Professional (PMP) certification Familiarity with common enterprise business applications and software ecosystems (e.g., SaaS), including BI/analytics, ERP, QMS, PLM, MES, and workflow/process automation systems Solid understanding of formal software and system testing methodologies and related best practices, including supporting system integration and user acceptance testing Demonstrated experience with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and IT change management principles Strong ability to create clear, visually compelling presentation materials for audiences at all organizational levels Excellent communication, problem‑solving, critical‑thinking, and organizational skills EEO We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
