Job Description

As Senior Manager, Content Library and Workflow Governance, you will lead and manage the Mexico City conform team and the rejections team, overseeing daily operations, maintaining performance standards, and ensuring consistent delivery across multiple functions including onboarding, rejections, workflow planning, and conform execution. You will own the operational success of the Mexico City site, accountable for throughput, accuracy, rejection rates, staffing recommendations, and team engagement-while supporting Hyderabad by helping define work assignments, volume planning, and workflow readiness. Additionally, you will serve as a key cross-functional representative for the Conform function, interacting with Mastering, Localization, Operations, and vendors to align priorities, strengthen agreements, and improve overall workflow effectiveness.
Your Role Accountabilities:
  • Lead and manage the Mexico City conform team and the rejections team (8 total direct reports), overseeing daily operations and maintaining performance standards.
  • Apply deep subject-matter expertise across conform, rejections, vendor interaction, and workflow design.
  • Translate organizational objectives into actionable work plans and schedules, enforce approved policies, and recommend improvements.
  • Support Hyderabad operations by defining work assignments, volume planning, and workflow readiness.
  • Represent Conform in cross-functional meetings, aligning priorities and improving workflow effectiveness.
  • Make operational decisions with limited risk and contribute to broader team strategy.
Qualifications & Experiences:
  • Proven ability to lead multi-faceted teams and deliver results through people management.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of content workflows, asset rejection processes, and vendor interaction.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with experience influencing decisions beyond immediate team scope.
  • Ability to translate objectives into actionable plans with multiple dependencies.
  • Excellent communication, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in operations or workflow governance, with at least 3 years in a people management role.
