Job Description:

We are looking for a highly technical and execution-oriented Technical Program Manager (TPM) with a strong Software Engineering background to lead complex cross-functional programs across our Retail/eCommerce platform ecosystem . This role is ideal for someone who has evolved from a hands-on developer or engineering lead into program leadership while retaining deep technical acumen. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 8+ years of overall experience in Technical Program Management. Prior hands-on experience as a Software Engineer, Developer, or Technical Lead. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), system architecture, APIs, cloud platforms, and distributed systems. Experience managing large-scale enterprise or customer-facing technology programs. Strong Retail/eCommerce domain experience. Experience working with Agile methodologies and cross-functional global teams. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
