  • Security and audit knowledge Job Description/ Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Oversee and coordinate the work of third-party IT support personnel on-site, ensuring service quality and compliance with IT policies and factory safety requirements.
Serve as the primary on-site IT contact for factory users and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and coordination with remote/global IT teams across different domains (network, storage, applications, etc.). Handle urgent tier-3 escalation with third-party IT about network connectivity, servers, client systems, and production tools. Support day-to-day system operations, including user provisioning, hardware/software deployment, patch management, and incident resolution. Work closely with global teams to maintain and support factory systems, MES, ERP, and other critical applications. Perform basic network troubleshooting (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing) and escalate to specialized teams when needed. Support and maintain Windows and Linux/Unix servers, ensuring system stability, performance, and security hardening. Participate in routine tasks such as OS patching, endpoint protection, system monitoring, and inventory control. Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards and participate in security-related initiatives such as vulnerability remediation and endpoint management. Assist with IT asset management, documentation, and audit readiness for local factory systems.
