We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead application-based marketing for the Molecular Biology business. This role will develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that span the full customer workflow, showcasing how our portfolio of products works together to enable success across research, development, and commercial manufacturing. A critical requirement for this role is deep scientific and application-level understanding. The candidate will build and lead cross-functional partnerships across marketing, commercial, and divisional teams to capture customer insights, monitor market trends, and assess competitive dynamics. These insights will be used to shape and continuously refine marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with a rapidly evolving landscape. The candidate will design and deliver targeted, multi-channel campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and demand generation across key segments. They will also define and track performance metrics to optimize campaign effectiveness and contribute to a strong, sustainable pipeline. Operating effectively within a matrixed organization is critical.
