Project Manager - Low Voltage / ICT Systems (Bilingual in English & Chinese)

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Project Manager to lead and oversee complex projects across various departments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project lifecycle activities, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of initiatives aligned with organizational goals. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and excellent communication skills to facilitate project execution from inception through completion. The Project Manager will utilize industry-standard methodologies such as PMBOK, Agile, Waterfall, and SAFe to drive efficiency, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction. Responsibilities Responsible for on-site implementation management and delivery of low-voltage and intelligent building projects, including: Structured cabling and cable tray installation; CCTV surveillance systems; Access control systems; Wireless AP networks; and Barrier gates/parking systems Independently perform installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and acceptance testing. Perform fiber splicing and basic network testing. Communicate directly with manufacturers and vendors in English for technical coordination. Prepare project documentation, site reports, and basic Office documentation. Assist with basic tax reporting and compliance tasks when required. Travel frequently across different states for project execution.

Frequent Travel Required Requirement:

At least 2 years of experience in low-voltage/ICT project implementation in the United States. Ability to work independently on-site and solve technical issues. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Able to communicate effectively in English with manufacturers and customers. Basic knowledge of tax compliance is a plus. Willing to travel long-term and work on job sites. Strong responsibility, execution ability, and teamwork mindset.
