Job Description
Overview We are seeking an experienced Regional Program Manager (RPM) to lead the execution, performance, and operational oversight of IT service delivery across multiple sites in California. This role will provide strategic leadership while ensuring high-quality, compliant, and efficient operations across all assigned contracts. The RPM serves as the primary point of contact for government stakeholders and is responsible for driving excellence in program delivery, workforce management, customer engagement, compliance, and financial performance. Key Responsibilities Program & Contract Management Oversee full lifecycle of contracts (startup, transition, operations, closeout) Ensure compliance with contract requirements, SLAs, and performance standards Act as primary liaison for government stakeholders Operations & Service Delivery Oversee IT operations including field services, systems/network administration, cybersecurity, and asset management Monitor performance using ITSM tools and drive continuous improvement Implement process improvements, automation, and efficiency initiatives Leadership & Team Management Lead multi-site teams including managers, technical leads, and field staff Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management Develop staffing plans and ensure operational coverage Customer Engagement & Reporting Build strong relationships with stakeholders and lead program reviews Provide regular updates on performance, risks, and improvements Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Compliance & Quality Assurance Ensure compliance with federal, contractual, and cybersecurity requirements Oversee incident management, reporting, and corrective actions Maintain documentation and audit readiness Financial & Performance Management Manage labor planning, budgets, and cost control Track KPIs, SLAs, and overall program performance Identify risks and implement performance improvements Transition & Growth Support Lead contract transitions, staffing, and onboarding Support proposal efforts and business development initiatives Qualifications Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) 8+ years of IT program management, service delivery, or government contract experience 5+ years leading multi-site or geographically dispersed teams Experience managing large programs (50+ personnel preferred) Strong knowledge of ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.) and ITIL practices Experience with budgeting, workforce planning, and operational performance Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Technical background in systems, networking, or cybersecurity preferred Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting federal or DoD environments (Air Force experience a plus) Certifications such as
PMP, ITIL
