Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee application managed services utilizing advanced Salesforce Service Cloud capabilities. Our team is looking for a strategic leader to deliver program management support and drive CRM initiatives within the organization.

Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end management of application managed services with a focus on CRM solutions. Drive functional oversight and configuration within Salesforce Service Cloud for enhanced service delivery. Coordinate integration initiatives utilizing Mulesoft and other related Salesforce platforms. Support IT program management activities to ensure project milestones and stakeholder requirements are achieved.

Required:

Advanced experience (6-9 years) with Salesforce Service Cloud in a functional capacity. Intermediate experience (3-5 years) with program management specifically supporting IT initiatives. Intermediate proficiency (3-5 years) with integration tools, including
