IT Project Manager:

Lead cross-functional technology and operations projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring timelines, dependencies, risks, and priorities are clearly managed Build and improve scalable intake, prioritization, governance, and tracking processes to support multiple business and technical stakeholders Partner with leadership, operational teams, and cross-functional partners to translate business needs into organized project plans and actionable deliverables Drive status reporting, documentation, meeting cadences, and workflow visibility across multiple active initiatives Support the implementation of project management best practices, Agile delivery rhythms, and continuous process improvement across the organization Requirements for the

IT Project Manager:

5+ years of experience in IT project management , technical project delivery, program management, or PMO-related work Proven experience managing cross-functional projects involving business stakeholders, systems, tools, and process change Strong experience with project planning, risk management, dependency tracking, resource coordination, and executive-level status communication Hands-on experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Asana, Airtable, Smartsheet, or similar platforms Demonstrated ability to create structure in ambiguous environments and drive multiple workstreams forward simultaneously PMP certification or Agile certification is required Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications for the

IT Project Manager:
