Description Client Industry = Financial Services Company Size = 50 Years in Business = 25+ Comp Range = $130k-$140k + benefits Job Type = Permanent Full-Time Employment O/H/R = Hybrid Onsite (3x per week) Position Summary Seeking a hands-on Project Manager to lead the design and development of a custom, in-house platform built specifically for our clients. This role will spearhead a greenfield initiative—starting from scratch—and guide the project through a 6-9-month development lifecycle. You'll partner closely with internal stakeholders, a dedicated developer, an additional PM, and third-party technology partners to bring this system to life. Requirements What You'll Do + Lead end-to-end delivery of a custom platform build from concept through launch + Define and manage project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables + Collaborate with internal teams and external tech partners to align on system design and functionality + Drive discussions around system workflows, user experience, and business requirements + Oversee integrations with third-party systems (e.g., payroll, timekeeping, etc.) + Ensure smooth communication across all stakeholders and act as the central point of coordination + Get "in the weeds" with technical details, especially APIs and system integrations + Own testing and QA processes to ensure a high-quality product + Provide leadership and direction—acting as a key decision-maker and guiding junior team members when needed Key Focus Areas + Building a system that supports wage management, scheduling, and identifying appropriate family caregivers for disability services + Designing scalable workflows and processes from the ground up + Managing a multi-party environment with internal and external contributors Requirements + 5+ years of Project Management experience, preferably in software or platform development + Experience leading custom or greenfield system builds + Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and technical workflows + Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and third-party vendors + Comfortable operating both strategically and tactically ("in the weeds") + Experience with QA/testing processes and release management + Strong communication skills and ability to influence without direct authority + Self-starter mindset—able to take ownership and run with minimal oversight Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.® Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
