Role Summary :

The Project Manager will lead the end-to-end S/4HANA brownfield implementation program. The role requires strong project governance, business engagement, and coordination of cross-functional SAP teams. Key Responsibilities Lead full lifecycle

SAP S/4HANA

projects including discovery, design, build, testing, deployment, and hyper care. Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, RAID logs, and communication plans. Drive implementation strategy, including functional, technical, data, integration and change management tracks Conduct business workshops for requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and process design. Manage cross-functional teams-functional consultants, technical developers, data , and integration teams. Oversee S/4HANA configuration and integration with SAP S/4HANA and non-SAP systems. Lead data migration strategy, cleansing, validation, and cutover execution. Ensure adherence to SAP Activate / Agile methodology and internal PMO standards. Maintain stakeholder alignment through Steering Committee meetings and leadership updates. Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and quality standards. Support user training, change management, and knowledge transition activities.

Required Skills & Experience:

8-15+ years overall IT experience with 5+ years managing

SAP S/4HANA

programs, 10+ years of Project Management experience. Experience in S/4HANA brownfield implementation programs is a must Experience in global/multi-country SAP programs Strong project management capabilities (PMP/Prince2/Agile certification preferred). Ability to manage cross-functional delivery teams and senior business stakeholders. Experience with SAP S/4HANA and activities involved in brownfield programs (Readiness check, maintenance planner, SUM/DMO, custom code remediation, ATC check, security role redesign, CVI conversion etc.) Behavioral Competencies Excellent communication and stakeholder management. Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and risk management abilities. Ability to work in complex, matrixed global environments.
