K Benefits:
Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid, flexible PTO We're looking for someone who doesn't just keep the train on the tracks… you're comfortable building the tracks while it's moving, keeping customers confident along the way, and still delivering on time. If that sounds like your thing, keep reading. What You'll Do You'll be responsible for rolling out Bidgely's energy management platform to some of our largest and most complex utility customers worldwide. More specifically, you will: Own end-to-end delivery of customer implementations Translate technical complexity into clear, confident communication for customers Identify risks early and do something about them Partner closely with product and delivery teams to keep things moving Solve problems that don't have clean answers Continuously improve how we onboard and deliver, not just follow a playbook What Success Looks Like Within 6 months: You're independently managing 2 customer projects You've already improved at least one internal process People trust you to "just handle it" Within 12 months: Customers love working with you You're spotting risks before they become problems You're known for finding creative solutions when things get messy What You Bring We're not looking for perfect. We are looking for someone who has actually done this before, at scale. Must-haves (non-negotiable): 4-7+ years delivering software implementation or integration projects in a SaaS environment Proven track record managing complex, cross-functional projects for large enterprise customers (ideally high-touch, high-value accounts) Experience being the primary point of contact for customers , not just supporting in the background Strong experience working across globally distributed teams and time zones Hands-on experience with Agile development environments Ability to build and manage: project plans risk/issue tracking status reporting delivery timelines (using tools like Jira, Smartsheets, Wrike, etc.) Strong technical fluency — you don't need to code daily, but you can: understand system architecture talk through integrations work directly with engineering teams troubleshoot when things break Proven ability to design and deliver customer-facing solutions in a cloud/SaaS environment Excellent communication skills, especially the ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders Strong problem-solving instincts and the ability to drive resolution , not just surface issues Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without things slipping through the cracks Nice to have (not required, but helpful): Consulting background or experience in a fast-paced startup Experience implementing SaaS solutions for enterprise customers Familiarity with SQL, Python, APIs, or data pipelines Experience or interest in energy / utilities Why This Role Matters This role directly enables Bidgely to scale — more customers, more products, more impact. Without it, we risk: Overloading the team Slowing down delivery quality About Bidgely Bidgely is an AI-powered SaaS company helping utilities modernize the grid and improve customer outcomes through advanced analytics. Founded in Silicon Valley, we hold 25+ energy patents, employ 30+ data scientists, and have raised $77M+ in funding. You want ownership, not just tasks. Then you'll probably do really well here.Similar remote jobs
