$65hr - $60hr Seeking an experienced IT Facilities Program Manager to lead and coordinate enterprise IT infrastructure and workplace technology initiatives supporting facilities, real estate, and smart workplace programs. The ideal candidate will manage cross-functional IT delivery activities, collaborate with facilities and vendor teams, and drive global project execution across modern workplace and infrastructure environments.Requirement/Must Have:
Strong experience in IT execution, delivery, program management, or project management. Proven experience supporting facilities-driven or real-estate-driven IT initiatives. Strong knowledge of enterprise IT infrastructure and workplace technologies. Experience managing projects across global regions including the US, EMEA, and Asia. Ability to work effectively across multiple time zones and international teams. Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. Experience with IWMS platforms, space planning tools, and smart facilities technologies. Strong project management and coordination capabilities. Experience using enterprise project management tools such as Primavera, ClickUp, or Microsoft Project. Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills including reporting, dashboards, and executive presentations. Experience with budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, and CAPEX planning activities.Experience:
Experience coordinating IT activities for building construction, site expansions, and workplace technology implementations. Experience supporting conference room and collaboration technology deployments. Experience with data center, MDF, and IDF room design and implementation. Experience with smart workplace and digital workplace technology initiatives. Experience supporting network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and structured cabling. Experience supporting unified communications platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, conferencing, and telephony solutions. Experience supporting data center infrastructure including power, cooling, racks, and cabling. Experience defining and improving process workflows for facilities-related IT delivery. Consulting or staff augmentation experience within large global enterprises preferred. Familiarity with AI-enabled workplace or facilities technologies preferred. PMP, PgMP, ITIL, or similar certification preferred.Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary liaison between IT, Facilities, and vendor teams. Lead and coordinate IT activities for new building construction projects and site expansions. Manage conference room and collaboration space technology build-outs. Coordinate data center, MDF, and IDF room design and implementation activities. Support smart workplace and modern facilities technology initiatives. Coordinate delivery activities across network, workplace technology, unified communications, and infrastructure teams. Support IT facilities applications including space planning tools, IWMS platforms, and smart workplace solutions. Support budgeting, forecasting, CAPEX planning, and cost tracking activities. Prepare executive-level presentations, dashboards, status reports, and steering committee materials. Utilize project management tools to manage schedules, milestones, risks, and dependencies. Facilitate project status meetings and stakeholder discussions. Define, document, and improve operational workflows related to facilities IT delivery. Apply digital transformation and automation strategies where appropriate.Should Have:
