Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience. 2 years of experience in program management. Experience managing hardware system engineering. Experience across all phases of hardware product development from prototype to mass production.

Preferred qualifications:

2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. Experience with consumer electronics and shipping high volume/high quality products. Knowledge of product life-cycle, tools, processes, and operations planning. Ability to lead technical teams, cross-functional groups, and vendors against plans. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $138,000-$198,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities Manage development of Pixel hardware products and drive the overall execution of the team. Lead cross-functional teams to meet schedule, system build milestones, cost, quality and manufacturability. Drive product development processes and phase gate reviews with the cross-functional teams. Lead resolution on key technical issues and communication of project status to stakeholders and leadership. Interface between joint development partners and cross-functional Engineering and Operation teams.
