What You'll Do:

Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of 5-6 contractors, including task assignment, oversight, and timecard approvals Drive project management efforts for computer refresh initiatives and migration efforts Contribute hands-on to technical work alongside leadership responsibilities (approximately 30% technical) Communicate regularly with team members and stakeholders via Microsoft Teams to ensure alignment and progress Coordinate scheduling and support the interview process for incoming team members as needed What Gets You the
